Near all seasons
Of nature’s bent
Has a reason,
Most to feed
The next event,
Thus to embrace
A cycle of reinvent,
Save man’s fate
Who aspires reach
Time’s scant decree,
Yet his own season
Of ephemeral state,
Be of limited reason
We’ve but one taste!
Seize the day ! Carpe Diem !
We don ‘t know how long it will last..as this poem reminds us.
However long it does last, in the overall scheme of creation, is indeed of an ephemeral duration. So much to participate in with so little time. Thank you for your succinct observation and its forum to further emphasize, alas our limited lifetime. Jean-Jacques Fournier
