On The Run

      – from here to there –

Getting nowhere
In particular,
Holds baby bare
Not yet articular,
From here to there
Out of the picture,
Be on the run
In quest of future!

	 ode to neglectful man lost...

Another Face –

– holds persistent –

Revisited

Ye expect be alive
From child unclad,
To babbles’ demise
Beyond level of fad,
Tho a coherent wise
Who appears to add,
In an aging disguise
As the raison d’être,
Proposed comprise
Might not be a fête,
In spell driven place
Afore another face
Will say you’re alive
Occupying life space,
Ye dragged to survive
Finds living that race,
Want delay grave fate
May not end so brave,
Best before final date,
When be made to face
Despite eke of last steps,
Ye shall do so with grace
The while holds persistent,
Be too soon for another face!

Stop The Clock

Stop The Clock

          – I want to get off –

Stop the clock
I want to get off,
Until I’ve caught
My sorry breath,
If not, slow down
To stay my death,
Till I have found
This crazy race,
A way around
Will slow its pace,
That may not lead
To injudicious waste,
Thus, so I’ll plead,
Where rest in peace
Tho but a grim place,
For the god’s caprice
Is to fix one’s final state,
Hence be, neath the ground!

Man’s Façade

Man’s Façade

– fore to hind –

Persistent mind
On the façade,
Of fore to hind
No pasquinade,
Wouldst define
Nor satire’s aid,
Thus, so in time
Will play a game,
Not feigning blind
Ne’er ye find same,
To suffer a like mind
Nigh as fixated to change,
Tho be born in man’s façade!

                 Ode to they of so-called,
                                nonconformist persuasion...

A Mindset Cast

               – of endurance be

A face means see
Shouts yet alive,
As endurance be
Holds to survive,
Save want to flee
As a mindset cast,
Now beyond plea
Sets destined last,
Force to embrace
In sardonic mask,
Lifes quest to taste
By a mindset cast,
Of endurance be
An inhuman state...

Despite fated date
Ye’d meant to last,
In a worn-out state
Yet drag one’s past,
Thru system replete
End be in one’s grave,
The while ye’d to face
By then far from brave,
Wouldst do so with grace!

This Road

      – be the way home –

I’ve wandered past
Where wise gave way,
Perchance too fast
For image to stay,
Be of home alas
Found not at bay...

For held memory
Of insistent places,
Would thus convey
As a fixed oasis,
Be the right way
Afore life soon passes,
You’ll find this road
Be the way home!

Ode to my Roma,
       past present and timeless,
           as one’s transcendent home,
                                       thus, be Italia...!

The Face

– of fates longevity –

The Face
An ancient face
Sooner or later,
Made to look on
Hopeful for better,
To yet be around
Still a minds voice,
That opposites found
Best be natures choice,
Tho life gift a mite short
One hopes the cause moults,
But pleads will to make strong
Naught ye’d want source revolt,
Whilst held liable gods sleep along
Till shape be the face, of fates longevity!

A Face

A Face

– from an inhuman place –

Thru shady light,
Fixed traces be
In still of night,
A face I am to see
Set in a staid life,
Yours, to be returned
From an inhuman place…

In time dawn’s shadows,
Might dim the cruelty
That carved its path,
To manner evidently
A paranormal flesh
That, reads as brail,
In a face lined like mesh
Imprint of like chain mail....

Imaged on grievous faces,
Begs end held memory
In recalls of life fleeting,
Phantoms of past journeys
Emerge in these raw faces,
Thus, from an inhuman place!

Ode to man’s rush for the future,
with a recall for our fading memories...
