Wanting

        – to know why –

Listen to audio

– to know why –

Would it matter,
Wanting
To know why,
If one didn’t
Get an answer,
Having thought
To wonder,
Ought question
Mental wrought,
Find whether
Trouble ought,
Tho no longer
Above water,
While persists
Probe forever,
One considers  
Being clever,
Mightn’t ever 
Learn reply,
Wanting
To know why, 
Best be left
Without an answer!

Image, Imagining, Imaging

                  – of destined to be –

                                               
Image
     - you see -

May not ere be 
If ne’er ye find
An image to see,
In fact ‘tis of ye 
As short set time, 
Despite of a plea
For annals define,
Be vacant you see
Of destined life be!

Imagining
     - persona said whole -

Risks find exterior 
Not imagining be, 
A creation inferior
Albeit melds just,
Held modestly bold
May not be an image
Of persona said whole!


Imaging 
         -  fixed impression -

In one’s reflection
A mirrored façade,
Of fixed impression
Has one soon wonder,
What he will envisage
Of neoteric squander,
Thru lifetime’s ravages
Of reality faced imaging!

“ A Prayer ” ~ for nonbeliever ~

On a spiritual hold

Borne of believers

By traditional bold,

Be of meagre ethics

Held mystic of old,

Suggests invocation,

Said for nonbeliever

Be an offer of thanks,

In words that declare

An ever sober prayer…

Hence has us wonder

If sufficient be there,

Despite mans despair

For life giving water,

And breathable air!

“ Of Wishful Thinking ” ~ be time wasting ~

Wishful thinking

Has me wonder,

All the while

Be time wasting,

Opportunities

In the waiting,

Of held worth

Be deeds such

For life’s living,

That encourages

Doing something,

While fate decides

Blindly reaching

Shan’t abide,

Nor merits not seek

To access life giving,

As its elements deplete

Till empty be world wide,

Thru callous man’s apathy

And wastefulness implied,

Of wishful thought absurdity!

“ A Snow Flake ” ~ at the bottom lies ~

 

A snow flake

At the bottom lies,

Be reason I wonder

About the others

Who first arrived,

And now held under

Manage to survive,

While on the surface

Layer upon layer

More materialize,

Thus no surprise

As scale expands

Find to hold hands,

Supporting each other

To bear the strain

They’ve need to shoulder,

When snow turns to rain…

 

Hence be brothers

Reach for druthers,

To save what’s left

Spared of corrupt,

If not in vain

From mans foul mess,  

When snow flakes turn to rain!

 

“ Obesity ” ~ a corpulent world ~

I can but wonder,

How so composed

Without concern,

Fate should impose

Thus so to suffer,

Man failed put term

To obesity’s torture,

And so I ponder

This hapless burden,

Lived with adversity

In a corpulent world,

Where we offer but pity

Alas to a bleak obesity!

“ This Look ” ~ forever lingers ~

 

I can’t help ponder

This look

Ever inducing,

Forever lingers

On my mind,

Without fading

Has me wonder

If I’m to find,

This look

I wish be worth define,

Be alas no lest than mine!
