Makes Ye Think

         – that there’s a link –

Will come a time 
For aging life,
Gods do decline
Find defer strife,
Tho we near blind
Musing afterlife,
A man’s assign
No minor swipe,
In his lifetime
If wise he’s not,
While so aligned
He may be fraught, 
By a wizened state 
That alters naught,
Thus, to find room 
Far from the end,
A state of gloom
Yet sets amend,
To make ye think 
Of time too soon, 
That there’s a link 
Where we end up,
On second thought
Holds your last sup,
Ought make ye think!

– wide eyed –

Looking

– wide eyed –

Holding a thought
To ponder its worth,
Sagaciously ought
Ye honor its birth,
Be erudite sought
Observe held bide,
Thus not be fraught
Looking wide eyed,
As tempted to flirt
With fool’s divide, 
Tho find to divert  
The while lets slide,
Implies shan’t avert 
Held fixed be last ride,
Shan’t so flaunt its worth!

Looking

– for erudite thought –

While eager to find
Endures be sought,
Said sanguine time 
For erudite thought, 
Abides one inclined
By inspired epoque, 
Wants trust defined
Composed as ought,
Optimistic assigned 
Tho may’ve sought,
To acquire consign 
Decidedly brought,
Save deviate minds
Shall suppress not,
Hide merit in kind
Held as calculus lot,
Seek Einstein design!

For perceptive thought,
That questions 
Worth of one sought, 
Thus, so to being sown
In fashion so be not forgot!

“ Don’t Stop ” – for egoist thought –

There’s a part of us

That will not stop,

Tugged by the other

With egoist thought,

On all that matters

Of living life sought,

As an ultimate factor

Would dissertate not,

What the other fosters

Said vantage together,

For what soul bought

And so found garner,

As life’s integral state

Should now discover,

Be of dubious grace

Soul can but borrow,

Of ones meagre space

Held bogus of equity,

Amounting to nought

Put aside the self-pity,

With brief time’s allot

For extent it shall hold,

That may ne’er realize,

Dream of eon time bold

In life borrowed implied…

 

Yet want part of don’t stop

From newborn to grow old

Hence want reaching till dust!

“ A Thought ” ~ I beg hold ~

On my mind

Be a thought

I beg hold,

Plead ought

Despite told,

Stated recall

Running cold,

As age’s gift

Aims uphold,

Its fated way

To so define,

A wary play

For its time,

Be a thought

In grey mind,

Slipping away

Denied bind,

Despite sway

Means to find,

Its abject guide,

That it may stay

As thought of worth ,

To indulge fading days!

“ Looking ” ~ to question worth ~

Looking

At sagacious thought,

That questions

Worth of ones own,

Thus to have been sown!

“ Another Thought ” ~ said be lost ~

I’m aware

Of a thought,

On the way

Said be lost,

A dark day

In ones mind,

Gone astray

Afore it did bind,

To thence root

In apposite intent,

That mentation

Gives adequate vent,

Might have wrought

Inspire another thought,

Restive it ought not be lost!

 

“ A Thought ” ~ to mind ~

 

At last a thought

Did find its way,

To a mind lost

Hence so to stay,

Without decline

That thus in time

Ought so entice

Others should find,

Compose ensemble

Might come to mind,

Where thought

Had once left off,

The while lost

On limbo’s cusp,

As thought  to mind!
