Desperate Man

Desperate Man

             – of traces unclear

Desperate man
Arrives in fear,
Looking at life
Traces unclear,
To face despite
He cannot hear,
Thus, he writes
Hoping it bears,
Some hint of sight
Marks he’d be there!
			ode to coherence of clarity…

“ Love ” – of my life –

There is a love

In my life,

That is the love

Of my life,

And far above

My recites,

Or gods of love

Who bid light,

A state defines

Exquisite sight,

Fate so assigns

For my delight,

Until life runs

Me out of time!

                                                            for and about Marianne,

                                                                         love of my life,

                                                                              in its 17th year

                                                                                     of  thaumaturgy delight…!

“ Old Crows ” ~ fly by in rows ~

Alas old crows,

Ever so black

Fly by in rows,

Tho rather old

For winter flights,

Must suffer cold

And failing sight,

Be on spent wings

Bide dying light

Heading for spring

To end their plight,

That they might rest

Thru dead of night!
