Image, Imagining, Imaging

                  – of destined to be –

Image
     - you see -

May not ere be
If ne’er ye find
An image to see,
In fact ‘tis of ye
As short set time,
Despite of a plea
For annals define,
Be vacant you see
Of destined life be!
Imagining
     - persona said whole -

Risks find exterior
Not imagining be,
A creation inferior
Albeit melds just,
Held modestly bold
May not be an image
Of persona said whole!

Imaging
         - fixed impression -

In one’s reflection
A mirrored façade,
Of fixed impression
Has one soon wonder,
What he will envisage
Of neoteric squander,
Thru lifetime’s ravages
Of reality faced imaging!

In imagining, imaging image
          - of destined to be -

“ To Peregrinate ” ~ and thus engage ~

From an early age

You learn to move,

And thus engage

Though behooves,

A youthful apathy

Of apposite adage,

Save such be stage

Of likely oblivion,

Finds cause negate

Unripe constraints,

Who’s yet to image

Life peregrinate,

To eventual restraint!

“ Lingering Image ” ~ a heaven I’d imagined ~

In my thoughts

She’s been,

So very long

I can almost

Feel her shadow….

I can still hear

And almost see

Her lips caress,

The words

She chose to leave

Next to my heart…

Yet somehow I knew

I’d lost her though

We shared a rainbow,

Tho not to persist

I might’ve missed

A part of life,

Meant live a dream

With one I’d hoped

Might well remain,

In heaven I’d imagined!

“ An Image ” ~ in shades and shadows ~

I see an image,

Once hidden

In shades,

And shadows

Meant hide

Worrying age,

Be now a clear visage

Free of held habit,

And enduring baggage

Of onerous adage,

Finds burden we carry

Like unwanted weight

Of rapacious feed,

Shapes image needs

For shades and shadows!
