“ Life Is But A Minute ”

              – held implied as a lifetime –

The Journey starts

Tho soon too fast,

And way off chart

Predestined cast,

Scarce one recalls

What life is to last,

The span of its all

Save less ye forget,

Said be our lifeline

This nascence day,

Thus a minute past

Had found its way,

A birth ye may ask,

As it came together

Seeks its short stay,

In echo of ones other…

Life soon will wither

While none to waste

Pardon my rancour,

Of they who crowd

Or find to anchor,

On my fleeting pace

With so little living,

I reason make haste…

With hint to soon rest,

Lying neath memories

Of its life’s alleged fest,

My back to its epitaph

For all who have been,

Knew well to find daft

Held implied as a lifetime,

Denies life is but a minute!

“ I Am The Colour ”

                    – of human disorder –

I am the colour

Of human disorder,

That shades the stay

Of man made suffer,

While held at bay

Be cause of such pallor,

In ominous way

With spurious cover,

Feigning fair play

To thus be so coloured,

With doubtful recover

For fated mankind,

Bears not colour’s assign…

I an the colour,

Of human disorder!

“ Being Perfect ” – within ones imperfections – revisited

“ Being Perfect ”

                    – within ones imperfections –

                                                         – revisited –

There’s perfection

In my intent,

And high purpose

Of objectives,

Tho often I fail reach

Dedication I so seek,

That which heighten

Held pursuit

To avoid mediocrity,

Ever poised to posture

Over looming insufficiency…

Thus I struggle

To construct,

Words of import

As meritorious I must,

Apposed in a fashion

To inspire interaction,

Being perfect my resolve,

Like a more inspired fellow

May find within ones imperfections!

“ If Only ” – ‘twas wishful thinking –

DSCN6839  Listen to audio

If only

‘Twas wishful thinking,

Of probable reality

Evidenced an inkling,

Mightn’t so endorse

That of every wish,

Be credible of course

Save the odd amiss,

Held dreamers

Of likely myths,

Be dubious design

Confounded as a gift,

Questions waste of time…

If only

Suffered wanting,

Said ‘twas wishful thinking

Be thus understood,

One may not be bidding

For mind games’ likelihood!

“ Silence ” – for gratuitous reason –

Silence video picture IMG_3271 copy  Listen to audio

“ Silence ”

                – for gratuitous reason –

Why must I bide

To hear but sounds

Of silence,

At times a virtue

Now but a chide,

Thus weary I be

Ever waiting

On verbosity,

That might reflect

A hint of life…

Might I propose

In shades betwixt,

Effort compose

To so thus fix,

The emptiness

Of inert silence,

And the tedium

Of verbose prolix…

A word or more

I so implore

Even neath

The aural norm,

Albeit to tease

In lieu of please,

To save from silence

Held for gratuitous reason!

“ Apostrophizing ” ~ to form a connection ~

We’re held believe,

Life offers beings

A state perceived,

As an apostrophe

Of human needs,

Held best allayed

By transient bond,

Save best ignored

Till they abscond,

Supernumeraries

Of guile abound,

With ignobility

Of such ineptness,

As to apostrophizing

To form a connection,

Holds short imagining

Word worth excogitation!

“ A Garrulous Mind ” ~ in a conformist soul ~

In a held conformist soul,

Serves a garrulous mind

That won’t abort its hold,

And matters not be blind

To ludicrous not so droll,

Whatever reason binds

Purpose to feed its psyche,

As it tends to prattle on

Till weariness finds a hole,

For loquaciousness to be gone

In favour of enlightened whole!
