Perhaps a chance,
Tho seems offhand
Fate offered stance
Made understand,
Meant sway emotive
One more time,
Viewed start again
While fate inclines,
Grants you may gain
That ease of mind,
To give emotions chance
With someone worth,
Expressed at glance
Points to unearth
Courage past mine,
Did find a level ground
For one more time around!

With but a glance,
Find courage
To take a chance,
Thus grab hold
Of wont so bold,
That by and by
Propensity
Will defy,
Hereafter bound
To occupy,
A life once lived
On dead man’s ground!
I’d drifted round
Wanting for life
On terra firma,
Tho near full span
I’ve not yet found
To understand,
The held wonders
I failed endorse,
Accepting state
Akin to vegetate,
What life abounds
There to taste,
Instead of waste
All that surrounds,
While I the wanderer
Has not yet found,
The likely bounds
Offers but solid ground!
Everybody
Said a winner,
Maybe more
When he has lived
A life of winters,
Yet stood his ground
To weather all,
And long enough
To see him standing tall!
Ne’er for naught
If but a thought,
To venture find
A level ground,
To not let down
One we ought not,
No matter what
Efforts disposed,
If not so found
For final round,
We be for naught!
