The Day

The Day

       – that was –

The day
Set as was,
Did have a play
Despite faux pas,
Would find a way
Bearing the cause,
Of one’s living stay
Thus, to make room,
For a fated new day
Fixed next to come,
And find its allay
Hence while alone,
Will not be at bay
Tho set afar home,
Holds shy of say
Had need to roam,
Implied being alive
For allotted time,
Be ne’er very long
Ye will soon find,
The day long gone
Next to be, that was!

Hardly Ever

       – close to hereafter –

Listen to audio

Hardly Ever

       – close to hereafter –

Tho ye be willing
To bear whatever,
Without doubting
Be gods endeavour,
Thus, but conciliate
Ye fate ain’t forever,
So relieved of debates
It reaches far of tether,
As life’s concealed date
Thence holds hardly ever,
You’d be close to hereafter!

                                       Ode to Edgar Allan Poe,
		                             master of morbidity…

Thumbs Up

– a gladiators’ Rome-

Listen to audio

Thumbs Up

      – a gladiators’ Rome –

Held be thumbs up

Meant slaves bade,

A grant of life just

Tho short accolade,

Spares ye as lion sup

Feast so on gladiator,

Or as gladiatrix lust

Would a thumbs down,

Send we to an early grave

Assures one’s final round,

Will realize time’s fated age

Chose whisper of deaths await,

Faint yet by an abjured persuade

As the obscured days of old did rate,

Reminiscent so of a gladiators’ Rome!

          This gesture has its roots,
                          in the days of Caesar,
                                  be then gladiators’ Roma...

“ I Am The Colour ” – of human disorder –

images-6                  Listen to audio

“ I Am The Colour ”

                    – of human disorder –

I am the colour

Of human disorder,

That shades the stay

Of man made suffer,

While held at bay

Be cause of such pallor,

In ominous way

With spurious cover,

Feigning fair play

To thus be so coloured,

With doubtful recover

For fated mankind,

Bears not colour’s assign…

I an the colour,

Of human disorder!

Music, Dark Cloud…

“ Of Consequence ” ~ ethics of indifference ~

Of ill fated

Lesser beings,

Man ascribes

Their worth

Not seeming,

Thus exist

Of no concern,

Judged by ethics

Of indifference

You’ll discern,

Alas by who

Of consequence,

Chose not a dent

On their existence…

Look around

This be our world!
