“ To Peregrinate ” ~ and thus engage ~

From an early age

You learn to move,

And thus engage

Though behooves,

A youthful apathy

Of apposite adage,

Save such be stage

Of likely oblivion,

Finds cause negate

Unripe constraints,

Who’s yet to image

Life peregrinate,

To eventual restraint!

“ The Search ”~ for a credible man ~

We search for ways

Tho seem in vain,

Yet we’ll holdfast

To end man’s bane,

Would so engage,

Hence find disarm

A darkening rage

In a world insane,

The while ignored

Efforts that contain,

Threats to survival…

Alas beg commit,

Said altruist hand

Be of requisite fit,

Held tenacious bold

Cast in the soul,

Of a credible man!

“ Memories ” ~ worth the keep ~

So many memories

Worth the keep,

Tho there be many

Begs a clean sweep,

For those held evoke

Leads one to wallow,

In recollects thin

Bordering hollow,

Or colours memory

Of near wilting age,

Yet wants a fellow

Bides to engage,

In worthy recalls

Before time shades,

What gave life a stage!
