My Valentine

           – be forever and a day –

Of that valentine
I ought to write,
Holds all the lines
I thought be right,
And of many times
Thru days or night,
Be of a love to find
Ye sought it might,
In every way of love
Holds yours and mine,
The many years above
To validate my valentine,
Would find its way to stay
The while fate chose in time,
And ever so beyond life's play
Thus, to validate my valentine,
Hence find be forever and a day!

“ Hiding ”~ inside time ~

We chose hiding

Thus not to see,

Days accumulate

In fulgent degree,

Beg to decelerate

Its senescence art,

For to compensate

By young at heart,

Would inside time

Only suffer to hide,

From fading mind

We allege ‘tis alive,

In its state of decline!

 

“ Discovering ” ~ journey’s sum ~

 

I look to see

Who I’ve become,

Discovering shades

Of journey’s sum,

That led the way

Neath my old skin,

Thus so to find

Who I had been,

The while seduced

By fitful thoughts

Of indulgent sin,

Causing me seek

But one true friend

Who’d think to tell,

If I chose bold

He’d help set free,

To find my way

Passed current hell!
