Not a Cicada’s Kiss

in said tinnitus –

Not a Cicada’s Kiss

– in said tinnitus –

There is a buzz
In said tinnitus,
Unknown cause
To seek litigious,
For forceful kiss
Ye want to leave,
Its incessant hiss
That causes grieve,
Won’t even pause
This vexing sound,
Not a cicada’s kiss
One may’ve found,
In a summer’s bliss...
Be echoes of hell
Aims sibilant feel,
As wouldst a bell
With endless peal,
And thus, can tell
A tintinnabulum,
Of alternate stead
Will find torment,
Ye wretched head,
Tho best decapitate
If one foregoes too late,
Homopteran’s migrates
In guise of a cicada’s kiss,
You’d realize be godless fate!

“ The Little Red House ” – on the corner –

Listen to audio

“ The Little Red House ”

– on the corner –

 The fairy tale picture
 Of its little red house,
 Sitting on the corner
 Sure lure for a mouse,
 Or little Jack Horner
 Ye find eating his pie,
 Holds be a reminder
 The while we walk by,
 Tho soon we be older
 Can but wonder why,
 Be the little red house
 That sits on a corner,
 Seems ever so ageless
 Lends we reminisce,
 Shoulder to shoulder
 Share memory’s bliss,
 Each day walking by
 As we pass the corner,
 Of that little red house!

“ An Only Kiss ” ~ more than a wish ~

One’s likely dream

Be of an only kiss,

Might lead to more

Than but a wish

Of might’ve been,

Should one persist,

To acquiesce

Would deem suggest,

Afar but a triste geste…

Wouldst not a kiss

Submit to so insist,

All in the spirit

Of impulse,

To later reminisce

Of its wondrous bliss,

Thus not deprive

A promise to survive,

More than an only kiss!

“ A lonely Kiss ” ~ giving life a soul ~

A lonely kiss

Be but a gift,

Said for too long

Was made to wait,

With no one there

Mindful of its bliss…

Wouldst not a kiss

Chose designate,

A proper mate

To want embrace,

Be surely more

Than but a gift…

Hence ensues way

This kiss per se

Remains alive,

To so express

Its fated place,

Of giving life

A stake for soul

Thus meant to be,

Alas its august goal!

“ Umbilicus ” ~ on second thought ~

It’s a near duty

Beholding beauty,

This navel so bold

Of notable splendor,

A circular wonder

Enchanting this knot,

Be nature’s creation,

Alleged be assembled

A deliberate baffle,

Or should you insist

An abyss gone amiss…

I can but confess

The lady is blessed,

And fortune abides

Exposing with pride,

A mesmeric grin

And abdominal bide,

With all of the flair

Courage will bare,

To show ye therein

Her navel of beauty

Be not just a knot,

But rather a pearl

In the mist of a kiss,

Inlayed on the swirl

Of a velvety curl,

This umbilicus bliss!
