Hades Bed

       – seen as nirvana –

Be of shame
I wish to tell,
As this being
Known well,
Will naively
Court hell,
As he looks
For a haven,
He’d be told
Was nirvana…
Yet would see
World in ashes,
Be a cause flee
Tho man made
Accepts its hell,
From putrid air
To dried up well,
Shall be his fare
For a new dwell,
Found hades bed
Did bid fare well,
Per chance its stead
While meant nirvana,
Man turned to be but hell!

“ A Prayer ” ~ for nonbeliever ~

On a spiritual hold

Borne of believers

By traditional bold,

Be of meagre ethics

Held mystic of old,

Suggests invocation,

Said for nonbeliever

Be an offer of thanks,

In words that declare

An ever sober prayer…

Hence has us wonder

If sufficient be there,

Despite mans despair

For life giving water,

And breathable air!

“ A Fading Voice ” ~ all but discernable ~

I feel reverberate

A sound that be

All but discernible,

Tho not quite dead,

There be no doubt

In not optimal state,

Yet man so begs

While fading voice

Sadly abates,

In time we hear

That erudite mind

Might effort mend,

To save held dear

Lifeblood amend,

For air we breathe

And water deemed

‘Tis equal to survive,

Save our world ends!

“ The Vulture ” ~ man’s undertaker ~

I am the vulture,

Who seeks to feed

On what man leaves,

Now more than ever

In generous measures

Of munificent waste,

In varied assortments

For every bird’s taste,

Repugnantly vile

In voluminous piles,

Blended with progress

Of contaminate state,

Not to mention man left

All but breathable air,

And nigh potable water,

Once too pure and fresh!
